Troy Muljat – Commercial Broker, CCIM, CPM & RealLaunch Partner
Troy is a commercial broker based in Bellingham, WA who got his start in real estate at the age of 18. He later took his passion to the digital world when he helped create the first real estate website, Windermere.com, in 1994. Troy quickly recognized there were great opportunities for brokers online, having closed his first $3 million property at age 26 after an international buyer found Troy’s website.
Mark Lee – Marketing Director & RealLaunch Partner
Mark is a graphic designer and marketing professional with over 20 years of experience working for ad agencies and other creative firms. He’s skilled in strategic planning, print advertising, digital advertising, web design, and graphic design.
Doug Devries – Technical Director & RealLaunch Partner
Doug is Google AdWords and Analytics Certified and brings over 18 years of web development, database development, and technology support experience to RealLaunch. He leads our development team and is skilled in WordPress, HTML, CSS, user interface design, and and web project management.
Michael Pompeo – Sales Team Lead
Michael leads our sales and customer service teams and is passionate about helping clients make digital tools work for their business needs. Michael received his degree in pastoral studies from CFN Institute in Dallas, Texas before volunteering for seven years overseas and later gaining sales experience at a large software company in the Pacific Northwest.
