How long does it take to set up my new website?
It typically takes two weeks to set up your new Broker Site. The time depends on when you send content to us for your website and if your content needs any editing. For the fastest results, we recommend having a bio written, professional photos taken, and your logo ready.

Do you write the content for my new website?
Yes, but we rely heavily on your expertise! We believe you know your business the best, therefore we ask that you write about yourself and the services you offer in a web form we send you during the signup process. Our professional writers will edit for grammar, punctuation, and search engine optimization.

Will you design a logo and new branding for my website?
Designing a new logo and branding is not currently included in our bundle options, but can be purchased in addition to your chosen bundle.

What do you need from me to start my new website?
We will ask you to complete a form with information about yourself. This includes your bio, the services you offer, and anything else your leads need to know about you. We will also ask you to send us your logo, branding guidelines, and photos for your website.

Logo Requirements: Please provide a photo 1400px wide by 800px height. See sample diagram. It would be best if this was a picture of yourself, not your company, or property, etc. If you don’t have a suitable photo then feel free to choose something that can suffice in the meantime.

Photo Requirements: If you want to include your brokerage branding on your Commercial Broker Site, you must upload a high quality version of the logo you would like to use.

Can I keep the URL (domain name) I purchased for my old website?
Yes! We will help you setup your domain name DNS so it points to your new website. Our services do not include email.

What is included in the monthly web traffic report?
This report is a collection of Google Analytics data that summarizes how many visitors came to your website, how they got there, what they’re doing on your website, and how many of these visitors turn into leads.

What is pay-per-click advertising?
Pay-per-click (PPC) is a search engine advertising effort that helps attract more visitors to your website. Google users see your ad in search results and are directed to your optimized website. This is included in our Platinum Bundle.

Is there a contract with the monthly subscription?
No, there is no long-term contract. You can end your subscription at any time.

I’m not satisfied with the work. Can I get a refund?
We offer a money-back guarantee for the first 90 days.

What happens when I cancel my monthly subscription?
After we receive your cancellation request, we cease all future subscription payments and delete all of your products from the web for you. If you would like to have your products stored for the purpose of potentially restarting within a year’s time, then a non-refundable fee of $200 would be required at the time of cancellation. You must submit your cancellation request within two business days prior to your next scheduled subscription payment in order to prevent it from processing. Our business days are Monday through Friday.

Do I need to pay the subscription fee for my first month?
The setup fee covers the first 2 weeks while we launch your services. Your monthly subscription fee begins 2 weeks from date you sign-up.

What happens if I want to upgrade from Silver or Gold?
To upgrade, you can simply pay the difference in the setup fee and your subscription payment will be adjusted at your next scheduled payment.
