World’s Largest Trading Floor Put on the Block

Mission Capital Advisors has been hired to sell the mortgage of the world’s largest trading floor, located in Stamford, Conn. The trading floor once filled with thousands of tenants, but has since been largely vacated. The $149.4 million mortgage is expected to sell for well below that.
